Tech Help from the Library?
While we can't provide the kind and level of support you can get from the Technology Services Helpdesk, we will do our best to assist you with basic problems during the hours that the experts are not available, including nights and weekends. There are a number of problems that only the Helpdesk can assist you with, including unlocking passwords. For more information, please see the Technology Services website. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the term the Helpdesk can be reached at 920-832-6570 or you can visit the Helpdesk in person on the library's second floor.
